About Imagine Indigo Ranch

The Family Handbook can be downloaded here.

Imagine Indigo Ranch is a Pre K-8 charter school that opened in fall 2008.  Student enrollment for the 2011-2012 school year is over 800 students.

This Falcon School District 49 public school charter uses a standards-based curriculum incorporating the Colorado State Standards, the Core Knowledge scope and sequence and the Classical approach.  A strong character education program compliments the academic program and stresses character development and responsibility.  The third major component of the school is the partnership with parents and the community.  A high level of parent partnership and involvement is expected at the school from both staff and parents.

There is no tuition cost for students in half day k-8th grade since this is a public school.  There is tuition for half and full day pre k and full day kindergarten.

Facility Information
Imagine Indigo Ranch has a beautiful facility that can serve up to about 850 students. The facility is approximately 47,758 square feet, with sufficient parking and a playground on the site. The building itself is two stories and complies in all areas with the Americans with Disabilities Act.

In addition to classrooms, the school has a Music Room, Art Room, Science Lab and a Computer Lab. The multipurpose room serves as the cafeteria, gymnasium on days when it is not possible to be outdoors, and hosts special school activities and functions. The layout of the building provides three walls of a semi-enclosed courtyard where play equipment for the younger students is placed. The west end of the courtyard is also the location of the outdoor amphitheater, which completes the enclosure of the younger student’s play yard.
